By accessing or using the Zion application and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Services. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Zion (referred to herein as "Zion", "we", "us", or "our").
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Zion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Zion immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Zion, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You must not use any part of the Services for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Zion.
You may be able to post, upload, or submit content to the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Zion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content solely in connection with providing and operating the Services.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zion. Zion has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Zion shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zion, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States of America.
Zion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Zion 保留自行决定修改或替换本协议的权利。如果进行重大修改，我们将提前至少 30 天通知。构成重大变更的判断将由我们自行决定。在任何修订生效后继续访问或使用我们的服务，即表示您同意受修订条款的约束。
